Your customer information is password protected. We also suggest you do not give your access password to our website to anyone and that it is changed at least once every 3 months. You can edit your account information at any time using your current log-in and password.

Colorworks uses SSL encryption and security technology to protect your information. As an added layer of security, access to your personal information is limited only to employees who need it to carry out their job.

Colorworks Delivery Policy:

Colorworks is committed to prompt delivery of our services to you the customer. Delivery terms are agreed upon at the time of purchase. There are options for same day service that do come with an additional charge.

Retouching services have multiple options for delivery. We can publish your photos to our secure website. Access to them is provided with a user name and password that is custom only to you. Retouches are also available to be shipped on a compact disc or DVD.

For physical merchandise like business cards and comp cards, production and delivery will occur when both the customer and Colorworks have agreed on the final product.

Colorworks Return Policy:

Colorworks strives to leave our customers completely satisfied with our services and products. To that end, we work one on one with our clients to ensure they are happy with the final product before it is delivered to you. Due to the nature of our service, Colorworks does not issue returns.
